PRE-ORDER
Items that are currently out of stock or have not yet been produced, can still be ordered. In this case, the delivery time would be on average around 9 weeks.
We have adopted the pre-order possibility as a part of our sustainability measures; in order to avoid over-production and waste generation, and to be able to mainly produce to order.
Once we receive the pre-order, we reserve 5 working days to accept or cancel the order. We will inform you about such a decision via the email address provided by you.
Upon cancellation, you will be reimbursed for the total amount paid for the item and its delivery.
